These Terms govern your use of the GymFeed application and website. By creating an account or using GymFeed, you agree to these Terms.
Fitness and nutrition information
GymFeed provides general fitness and nutrition information, including AI-generated suggestions. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Consult a qualified professional before making major changes, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or take medication. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience warning symptoms.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting access to your account and activity performed through it. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GymFeed the rights reasonably needed to host, process, display and distribute that content through the service according to your actions and visibility settings. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you upload.
Acceptable use
You may not use GymFeed to threaten or harass people, publish unlawful or infringing material, distribute malware, impersonate others, exploit minors, evade product safeguards, interfere with the service or collect other users’ information without authorization. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
Subscriptions
Premium features may be offered through recurring app-store subscriptions. Pricing, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms are presented before purchase. Billing and refunds are generally administered by the store through which you subscribed, subject to its rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GymFeed available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. We may update these Terms and will identify the current version by its effective date.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, GymFeed is provided “as is” and “as available”. You are responsible for deciding whether suggested exercises, meals and goals are appropriate for you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using GymFeed or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements or material risk to other users.
