This Privacy Policy explains how GymFeed, operated by Aleksandar Zivkovic (“GymFeed”, “we”, “us”), handles information when you use the GymFeed mobile application and website.
Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, GymFeed may process:
- Account and profile information, including your name, username, email address, profile photo and fitness preferences.
- Social content, including posts, comments, likes, follows, stories, messages, photos and videos you choose to upload.
- Fitness and nutrition information, including workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, goals, meal entries, calorie and macro information, progress photos and body-composition inputs.
- Camera, photo-library and microphone content when you choose features that require media capture or upload.
- Purchase and subscription status. Payments are processed by the relevant app store and subscription providers; GymFeed does not receive your full payment-card number.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device identifiers, app version, diagnostic information and notification tokens.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and social features, save and display your workouts and nutrition diary, generate personalized fitness and meal guidance, analyze media when you request scanning features, process subscriptions, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and comply with legal obligations.
AI-assisted features
When you use AI Coach, meal scanning, equipment scanning, body analysis or plan generation, the information needed for your request may be sent to AI service providers for processing. Do not submit information you do not want processed for that purpose. AI fitness and nutrition output is general informational guidance and is not medical advice.
Service providers
GymFeed uses service providers for application hosting, databases, authentication, file delivery, notifications, analytics, AI processing and subscriptions. These providers process information on our behalf under their respective security and privacy commitments. Current product infrastructure may include Supabase, Firebase, Bunny CDN, OpenAI, Google and RevenueCat.
Sharing and public content
Profile information and content you publish may be visible to other users according to the product’s visibility controls. Direct messages are intended for their participants. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may delete supported content or your account through the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You can manage device permissions in your device settings and notification preferences in the app.
Children
GymFeed is not directed to children who are below the minimum age permitted to use online services in their country. If you believe a child has provided information contrary to applicable law, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy as GymFeed changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
